Shaniqua Holmes

I am dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of disabled adults in the State of California. With a decade of experience in this field, I have honed my skills as an Elder and Disabled Adult Education specialist for over four years. My commitment to compassionate care has been further enriched during my three years with “Around The Clock Complete Care.” I wear multiple hats in the service of my clients, functioning as a Life Skills Coach and Caregiver. This allows me to assist individuals in achieving greater independence and enhancing their quality of life. My ongoing education and training ensure that I stay at the forefront of best practices in this field, providing the highest level of support.

Education is a cornerstone of my approach. I believe in constant improvement and regularly engage in ongoing education, including quarterly, semi-annual, and annual training sessions. This ensures that I am always equipped with the latest knowledge and techniques to provide the highest level of support.

I also offer specialized services such as American Sign Language (ASL) and Braille to cater to the unique needs of my clients. My commitment to ongoing education extends to my team as well, with all employees receiving regular training and education, including CPR/First Aid certification and TB testing. In 2021, I proudly achieved certification as a Medical Assistant, demonstrating my commitment to the highest standards of healthcare.
